ALTAR — DEFINE & GLOW blends traditional barre with barre sculpt to create visible definition, deep strength, and a grounded sense of vitality—while staying rooted in somatic awareness. This is not about chasing an aesthetic at the expense of presence. It’s about building strength that feels inhabitable, sustainable, and alive. The Structure: - 4 weeks of Barre & Barre Sculpt - 4 sessions per week - 20–30 minutes per day - Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday Each session is designed to be efficient yet intentional—enough to challenge the body, while still leaving space to listen, soften, and integrate. What to Expect: - Deep muscular definition without rigidity - Strength that feels rooted rather than forced - Improved posture, stability, and body awareness - A subtle glow that comes from inhabiting your body more fully This is a practice of consistency as devotion—showing up regularly to tend to your physical home.
